Try to initiate a connection from the ACS to the CPE. To do this, pick a simple parameter (like InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.PeriodicInformInterval) and do a getParameterValues on it. This will cause GenieACS to make a connection to the ConnectionRequestURL on the CPE. If TR069 client on the CPE hasn't crashed, then the CPE should then make connection to the ACS.
