Hello Sculpt users, we entered the testing phase for the upcoming Sculpt OS 24.10 release.
Before the final release, we like to invite early adopters to give our alpha versions a try and report back experiences (or issues) with their use cases via mail or via the Sculpt 24.10 github issue [0]. The alpha images can be downloaded from the following URLs. https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing/image The current alpha version is solely for PC at moment: https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing/image/sculpt-pc-2024-10-15.img.xz https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing/image/sculpt-pc-2024-10-15.zip Following users already published a valid 24.10 index and additional packages: genodelabs, cproc & alex-ab If you are unfamiliar with the handling of the provided alpha image, please follow the general instructions of [1] for installing the image on a USB stick. Additionally, during the alpha phase, test versions can be retrieved via the "System -> Update" dialog in entry https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing of the Sculpt installation.
