SD-card installation works likewise to the MNT Reform:
! sudo dd if=sculpt-pinephone-2024-10-22.img of=/dev/mmcblkX bs=1M conv=fsync
In case you want to update/test from an already running Sculpt on the PinePhone:
1. Go to the "Software" tab
2. Choose "Update"
3. Touch the link "http://depot.genode.org ..."
4. Choose Edit
5. Enter https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing
6. Choose https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing
7. Touch "Check for unverified Updates"
8. "2024-10-22" should appear below -> Download -> Install
9. Reboot
Note that not everything is working at the moment. For the current status
please refer to the "Sculpt OS 24.10 - PinePhone" [1] issue.

On Unix like systems, you might use the 'dd' tool to copy the
uncompressed image to a SD-card, like:
sudo dd if=sculpt-mnt_reform2-2024-10-17.img of=/dev/mmcblkX bs=1M conv=fsync
assuming that '/dev/mmcblkX' is your SD-card device file.
Alternatively, you might use the update mechanism within Sculpt, if
you have a previous version of Sculpt installed on the SD-card of your
MNT reform.
In that case, you might add entry https://depot.genode.org/24_10_testing
in the "System -> Update" dialog of your running Sculpt instance, and
install the alpha version with it.
