Yep, any questions can go here. The spec is really close to being 100% final but there should be at least one more update at some point. That's because there's some remaining work around configuration. That shouldn't have much impact on people hosting for just IronPython or IronRuby - because they're already configured. For other languages and multi-language hosts that final update will be useful though.
