I think you are using V1 of IronPython - in that case, these 2 dlls don't 
apply. Srivatsn's reply to this thread earlier address that issue. Sorry for 
the wrong suggestion.

These 2 dlls are part of the V2.0. Those are available in this page - 
http://www.codeplex.com/IronPython/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=14353 
This is the Beta4 release of IronPython 2.0.
Once this page loads, choose the 'ironPython-2.0B4-Bin.zip' for the easiest way 
to get these dlls. Please note that even this will not help if you are using 
V1.* of IronPython

happened...

I think the reason is that mentioned by you dlls are missing except two.

Could you direct me, where those dlls can be found... I don't find them on my
