It still seems strange to me that this .exe works from Debug directory on the machine where it was developed, but not on another machine.
As you are replying to a 'digest' I can't see which email you are replying to.

If I recall correctly it worked on your machine because you have the standard library modules you use - which presumably aren't on the second machine (and so the imports fail).
