These are indeed IP 2.0.1 binaries in IronPython-2.0.1-Bin.zip. sys.version was kept the same between IP 2.0.0 and IP 2.0.1 similarly to what was done for the assembly versions. If this is causing any specific issues or is too confusing, please let us know and we can revisit this for the next version of IronPython.
