Check the default config file of Kamailio:
http://openser.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/openser/branches/1.5/etc/kamailio.cfg?revision=5657&view=markup
Basically copy&paste it and just add "t_on_failure("1")"
and "force_rtp_proxy()" if the method is INVITE.
