i can build and run openmpi on an opa network just fine, but it turns out building openshmem fails. the message is (no spml) found
looking at the config log it looks like it tries to build spml ikrit and ucx which fail. i turn ucx off because it doesn't support opa and isn't needed. so this message is really just a confirmation that openshmem and opa are not capable of being built or did i do something wrong and a curiosity if anyone knows what kind of effort would be involved in getting it to work
