I had upgrade my openshift cluster from 1.3.2 to 1.4.1 yesterday,when I run “oc
start-build spring-boot-application” that build will hung on New status just
like this

And if I run “oc get build spring-boot-application-11 ”

I think the normal steps was new—pending—running，but it seems my s2i-build hung
on “New" status
And I can’t see any error logs on my origin-master-controllers and master-api
hosts
Has someone ever had happen the same thing?
