following up on the mail I sent Monday, CRC is available as a developer preview,
you can get it from the install page of Openshift as a Laptop install:
  https://cloud.redhat.com/openshift/install

for the download steps and
  https://code-ready.github.io/crc/
for the Getting Started.

 This is beta quality, not a final release, and based on recent OCP 4.1 bits,
one of the simplest way to give feedback is on IRC #codeready channel found
on Freenode,
