I would recommend you to read the documentation or pay a consultant if you don't want to spent time learning how to use OpenSIPS. Of couse the default config file is not suitable for any custom purpose, so you *need* to edit it according to your needs, but IMHO you are asking people here to edit it for you. If you haven't edit the default configuration script, what did you expect?
