But My SIP Server behind a firewall. And then My RTPProxy and Opensips at the same server.
I Can't turned off my firewall. It's not security.

I don't think there is a defined port for RTP or Media in SIP communication, that is why mostly in SIP servers, both firewall and Se-Linux are turned off so that it shouldn't block the RTP or Media ports and hence it wouldn't create any problem in flow of audio.
