Most PBXs do allow you to configure RTP port ranges. Cisco, Asterisk and
Avaya does. And as Saul mentioned you are able to configure the
Mediaproxy-relay app to use certain ports. Then you need to be sure to
configure your clients to also use the same ports.

servers, both firewall and Se-Linux are turned off so that
it shouldn't block the RTP or Media ports and hence it
wouldn't create any problem in flow of audio.
