Most PBXs do allow you to configure RTP port ranges. Cisco, Asterisk and Avaya does. And as Saul mentioned you are able to configure the Mediaproxy-relay app to use certain ports. Then you need to be sure to configure your clients to also use the same ports.

Media in SIP communication, that is why mostly in SIP
servers, both firewall and Se-Linux are turned off so that
it shouldn't block the RTP or Media ports and hence it
wouldn't create any problem in flow of audio.
