NAThelper solves problems about NAT by doing pinging and changing
private IPs in the SIP messages.
What exactly is your issue with the inbound calls ? do they get to
opensips ? does opensips send them to the right destination ?

I can complete outbound calling and registration via OpenSIPS using
rewritehostport -- but I cannot receive calls to the UA.
From the sip logs it appears to be returning the call to the UA
directly (public ip) and not via OpenSIPS or via private NAT ip.
