Hi Flavio,
It seems the 487 that is received does not have a To Tag, and thus that
error.
Aside from the error in the log file, is there any other miss-behaviour,
like the dialog hanging, etc ?

If I am not mistaken, this may have been fixed after the release of
1.7.2, make sure you are building from SVN
https://opensips.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/opensips/branches/1.7 to
ensure you got the fix(es) .
