Thanks Adrian. There was a sense in my question, having the RTP traffic P2P would be translated in: 1) better user experience, less jitter and latency. 2) saving to install one or more mediaproxies. Considering that all RTP traffic will pass on them, they will need to have high bandwidth (symmetric up/down) and maybe CPU/RAM.
