Fixing the signaling is not enough because the media flows through different 
ports and with symmetric NATs you don't know what ports those will be. To (try 
to) use P2P media you need your endpoints to use ICE. MediaProxy is ICE aware, 
so if it detects that media is flowing P2P it will bail out. You can find more
