You have to install mysql-client to meet db-mysql requirements, so
Please issue the follwoing command:
yum install mysql-client

Following the mysql packages installed on my system:
[root@li278-128 1.8]# yum list installed | grep mysql
>Failed to set locale, defaulting to C
>mysql.i686 5.1.69-1.el6_4 @updates
>
>mysql-devel.i686 5.1.69-1.el6_4 @updates
>
>mysql-libs.i686 5.1.69-1.el6_4 @updates
>
>mysql-server.i686 5.1.69-1.el6_4 @updates
Am i missing something?
