Hi,
Download the latest centalt-release rpm from :
http://centos.alt.ru/repository/centos/6/x86_64/
be careful to match the right CentOS version,
Install centalt-release rpm:
1. rpm -Uvh centalt-release*rpm
Install mysql-client rpm package:
2. yum install mysql-client
