sipcapture module was introduced starting with 1.8.0 so , you need to
use some of the above versions.

Be sure you "sipcapture" module is
compiled and installed in the
'/usr/lib64/opensips/modules/'directory .
By default this module is compiled and
install if not excluded on purpose.
