Yes. OpenSIPS is trying to load the module, but it is unable to find libssl file. But that file is in Linux lib folder and is accessible.
On the same machine OpenSIPS 1.11.5 with TLS is working perfectly. So ssl package is correct. My doubt is OpenSIPS looking for libssl in a wrong folder.
