Hi Volga,
The mid-registrar has full DB persistency support since 2.4. It works
with all the user location presets except the "DB only" ones. For
example, you only have to set:
modparam("usrloc", "working_mode_preset",
"single-instance-sql-write-through")
or
modparam("usrloc", "working_mode_preset", "single-instance-sql-write-back")
