I believe Opensips is not supported on Debian 13 at the moment due to
libpcre3 dependancy (removed from 13)

Hi,
I just find out, that libpcre3 is not part of Debian Trixie. I am not
able to build OpensIS 3.4.16 on Debian 13. It seems the patch to link
against the newer and supported Lib libpcre2 is not part of branch
3.4.
Is it possible to cherry-pick the patch from Master to 3.4 branch? Or
should I move to 3.6? Is it possible to build this version on Debian
13?
