I think it may be time for the default RHSBL settings to be updated.
Looking at the latest development version they're still set to:

RFC-ignorant is gone (

abhbl.org will be gone within several days, if it isn't already, according
to http://ahbl.org/content/changes-ahbl (when did it become ok to omit
timestamps from blog posts?!)
