No default /etc/crontab.  This is typically just a comment file.  I see
logrotate, so I am assuming that crony is present.

You should probably be aware that various web management front ends (webmin, phpmyadmin, etc.) are favourite attack vectors for various Linux malware. I high advise against any such things unless, at a push, you are going to make sure it only listens on 127.0.0.1 and you only ever connect to it via an SSH tunnel acting as a socks proxy. I prefer to just avoid them completely.
