Depends on exactly what you want to do. Do you have a monitoring
server already that you could use, e.g. nagios, cacti, zabbix or
similar? If so, you should be able to get SNMP based monitoring
up and running as easily as on any other machine.

Nothing up currently. I really have not had the need to monitor performance until now (to see how an arm server is 'holding up').


You could also try sysstat (sar).

This looks worthwhile.


There are too many ways to do this to comprehensively enumerate.
