OK, guessing as to the issue you mentioned: for my building
scripts/logic it was handy for me to have two repo's, one with all the
old stuff (that is there to stay) and one with the newly build stuff. I
named them 'base' and 'new'. I thought to merge them before go-live. I
guess you now only tested against 'base'.
