Unfortunately, hardly any differences from the version I have
installed. (See diff below) The port seems to be extremely up-to-date
:D
Forgot to mention that I'm running courier-imap 4.1.1,1 from the ports
collection
Tried getting more output in rc/logs, but was unsuccesfull in getting
anything helpful out of the files. Setting the debug-level to 8 only
resulted in a file console with kept repeating

What I noticed today is that there were 2 new messages in Spam, when I
used 'Check for new messages' the count disappeared from the folders.
Hadn't checked the content of the Spam folder yet.

I cannot reproduce this, and my setup is almost exactly as yours is (I run
Dovecot, the only other variable I can think of). Could you try using the
latest SVN? I have docs on how I did it on FreeBSD here:

Just put it in a different folder, copy in your config and main, afaik it
'should work'. If not let's look at system logs, as well as rc/logs.
