I imagine that someone tried to bump FLAC to the latest version (1.2.1),
but it didn't work. I've successfully updated the SPEC, but it's more of
a problem, because there's another bunch of things that depend on a
specific version of flac, so RPMForge should rather provide 1.1.2

One comment concerning this flac issue: the current el5 flac is from
base, isn't that a big no-no for rpmforge providing a different flac
package?
