those pages at http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/ are not up to date,
they should probably be taken down.
Instead you should go to e.g. http://packages.sw.be/linkchecker/
(or configure yum or apt to use rpmforge).
You'll see that 4.9 is packaged.
