+1 for that, the last time we tried this : process engineering just got way too much for something trying to get off the ground. I am all for kicking things up and getting going.
In the first post I suggested MY help in *evaluating* (this means trying it out and seeing whether it has any compelling advantages / major disadvantages) the migration to git, ok?
So, well what do you need that I could help with ? I've got some scripts around that I used in the past to convert the entire rpmforge svn into smaller per-package git repo's etc. Would that help ?
