Hi, If you only have columns of numbers, try "cvs_readwrite" function in atoms ... (very fast) ... if not, you need first to read the ASCII file with "mopen" and "mgetl" and than read blocks of lines with "csv_textscan" Nb : concerning "mgetl", I 've found a limitation with a number of lines in-between 2.5 and 5 million Paul ________________________________
