New to Scilab 5.4.1 on Windows XP SP3 (also have 64bit version on Windows8)
Trying to get Modelica (Electrical) components working in Xcos
Scilab complains that a compiler is needed,
Windows "Add Remove Programs" lists Visual C++ 2005, Visual C++2008 as
being on system.
findmsvccompiler() says 'unknown'
haveacompiler() says 'F'
So what am I doing wrong or what should I do?
