Hi Edmund, The quality of the output Scilab graphics seems to be much better using the PS/ESP formats (and these convert to high-quality PDFs using Acrobat Distiller or Ghostscript) Now, to import the Scilab generated EPS files into Word, googling “How do I import an eps file into Word 2013?”, you will see the instructions to add this feature to MS Office “Converters and Filters”. I must say though, that it did not work for me yet... Let me us know if you succeed. I normally save in dot png (xs2png) but is always dull when inserted in word document. my publishers have complained and commented on the poor quality. I prefer plotting in scilab instead of excel. Can someone please help. Thanks
