Sorry Samuel, I guess I didn't word my question clearly.
This is not when the packages are autoloaded (which I already had turned off);
but when they are explicitly loaded by the script I'm runnng from the command
line, using atomsLoad('CWA'); within that script.
Unfortunately there is no way to cancel this verbose mode. Things are
unconditionally printed from the ~\etc\<module>.start files.
