I guess the original message was about setting the text color to print
some specific words and/or numbers (like error messages printed in red
in Matlab, for example). If this is the case, there was some discussion

Yes it is possible:
* enter: preferences() (or click on in the Console toolbar)
* Choose: Colors => Desktop color
* Uncheck "Use system color"
* Click on the "Text" color to change it thanks to a color picker
* Press the "Apply" button on the bottom right, and then OK
That's it
