I insist, the script is too long to even attempt to follow it, at least for me. You should try to limit the script to the final data and the model prior to applying the datafit.
Running the script I get this error Hot restart: dimension of working table (argument n:69498520). Seemingly it is due to memory issues. Maybe trying to reduce the size of the problem could help to get an approximate solution, then use the result as a more accurate guess for the full problem Regards.
