Which one of "from-HOST" or "with-SCTP" conns will install a policy with
a higher priority?
My intend is to give higher priority to "with-SCTP"
conn from-HOST
also=host-host
leftsubnet=10.5.0.1
rightsubnet=0.0.0.0/0
esp=cipher1
auto=start
conn with-SCTP
also=host-host
leftsubnet=10.5.0.1
rightsubnet=0.0.0.0/0
rightprotoport=SCTP
leftprotoport=SCTP
esp=cipher2
auto=start
conn host-host
left=<IP address of left>
right=<IP address of right>
