I don't believe it is... Vincent added it in June. There may also be an overwrite flag - I haven't looked at it recently. It resides in driver.jelyy; <resources:copy/> I also raised an issue on JIRA I plan to work on to enhance the filtering to let you load properties files and so on without the need to write preGoals, but I don't know the # off the top of my head.
