If you still get the Exception - run Maven with -e.
Once you get this working, you might consider moving all the JARs into your
maven repository, adding them as dependencies on the project, then use
classpathref="maven.dependency.classpath" instead

You can pretty much paste your ant code into maven.xml, add the necessary
project/goal tags around it, and away you go.
