We can use maven.xdoc.jsl parameter to specify another site.jsl. If attribute like maven.xdoc.nav.width is created, there might be hundreds of attributes like this. I prefer using different site.jsl for different purpose. http://cyclops-group.sourceforge.net is a site built by maven. It contains a modified site.jsl and big different UI.
