How hard is it to improve the experience for users with this? - check JAVA_HOME in env, and if not set, prompt for JDK and set it - set MAVEN_HOME in env - prompt for MAVEN_HOME_LOCAL and set in environment - run install_repo.bat - add an uninstall entry that removes the directory and undoes the other things it did
