How to make xdoc do a server-side include

Hello,

I currently have my app's site in PHP.  I use PHP's file include 
mechanism to reuse common bits of html across multiple pages (for 
example, my spambot-proof email address).

How can I do this same thing with xdoc?  I read the xdoc plugin docs and 
the links it had, but didn't find anything.
