Project inheritence is not recursive at the moment, but some changes I
made to a branch long ago does this and Brett has some refactoring which
is a start at integrating some of this code.
Give us a couple weeks and some of this code will be integrated which
deals with inheritence generally across the board i.e. the Project
objects themselves and everything related to them including properties.
