Are there any plans afoot to allow for customization of the POM? Of particular interest to us is the <developer> element.
One can currently specify (name, id, email, organization, roles, url, timezone) to describe a developer. In our work environment the url and timezone elements get left empty since they don't add any value. Same can be said in many cases for the id and organization elements as well. It would, on the other hand, be nice if one could provide more contact information such as phone/cell/pager number etc. Does the current design somehow accommodate this need?
