Well, you cannot always share. In my project Eclipse fails to share if you have a 
module like "root/project". And if you dod not share it, all CVS directories and files 
end up in the jar.

There is already a patch in JIRA 
(http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=MPECLIPSE-14), but I did not see 
any patches ever be applied to this plugin!
