Vincent Massol just recently wrote this plugin. If you go to the aspectwerkz maling list archives, you can see a lot of discussions there about the plugin when he was working on it, and also some descriptions of how to use it.
Vincent could probably provide more info - I haven't had a chance to try out the plugin yet :)
