Ok, I need to revisit the FAQ and change it to match.

Can you build a small app that replicates this on a clean RC2 install and
post to JIRA? I can't replicate it.

This last error is the one I'm wondering about. Is this something with the
XDOC plugin, or with the changelog-plugin? -D
