To resolve this I put a web.xml file in the /src/webapp/WEB-INF directory. This directory is the default path to the property.

I want to run the cactus test, but it keeps give me the following error:

Before I call the cactus:test, I did set the maven.war.webxml to the correct
location.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have also sent this email to the
cactus mailing list yesterday, but so far I have not receive any replies.
